Entropy Manager
This was an app that combined the ability to read data from both external and internal stores and providers, and combine it with custom blocks behaving like LEGO bricks for the UI to help you build custom apps and functionality.
The most similar tool that exists today is probably Retool, and I'm still bullish on the approach of a more structured, document-like, linear layout. There's a mix of flavors from Coda, Roam Research and Airtable as well.
I worked on this project in [Q4 2019, Q3 2020).
I was not able to secure the funding for it within the time frame I've allocated for it and given the complexity of the project, it didn't seem viable for me to continue building it alone.
Despite this, the idea didn't die out completely within my head.
